1- All trash and/or trash cans must not be visible from the street. Trash is allowed to be put out the day before and the cans/remaining debris must be brought back in (not visible from the street) by the evening of trash pickup. Exceptions are made for the winter months.
2- No trailers, boats, RV’s, campers, motor homes, dilapidated/disabled vehicles of any kind shall be stored or parked anywhere on the property (unless housed or garaged completely) or street. When in doubt, please reach out.
3- Accessory Buildings or Improvements- Including, but not limited to: Excavations, Shed, pools, Fences, concrete porches, new driveways/sidewalks, driveway/sidewalk extensions, garages, solar panels, siding, roofing will all require full approval from the Committee (Board of Directors). You must be current on your due’s in order to receive an approval letter.
4- Assessments/Yearly Dues- These will be sent out each year at the end of April. Last year’s annual dues were $105 with a 10$ discount if paid within 30 days of receipt. Any homeowner who owes more than $500 will incur a lien.
5- The Pond- This is to be enjoyed by Wexford Residents Only. Guests are allowed and must be accompanied by at least 1 homeowner. Please respect the pond and clean up after yourself and/or your guests. This is an established asset of our subdivision for the homeowners and their youth to enjoy. Please reach out to the board with any questions.
