As we button up for the winter months, please remember that it’s better to park your vehicles in your driveway overnight. We need to make sure that when necessary plows can do their jobs, and that no one hits your vehicle in the dark, especially if it’s slippery out. Thanks for your cooperation.
Please continue to maintain your property to the best of your ability during this difficult economic time. We pray for our neighbors who have left the association due to foreclosure. Should you come to the conclusion that a neighbor’s home is not being properly maintained feel free to call the City of Joliet Neighborhood Zoning department at 815-724-4090. The City will then contact the mortgage holder. It is the mortgage company’s responsibility to maintain those properties.
The Neighborhood Watch is being resurrected. Dan Colantone and Tom Griffin are coordinating the efforts. Please check back often for meeting and other information on this important program.
