1. Please clean up after your pets - This is a county ordinance
2. Please do not discard grass in the Storm Water Management Ponds or ANY common areas as most of this property is protected. The grass cuttings are causing erosion and will result in an expense for repair.
3. If you have a tree on your property, please remove the wooden spikes. These spikes will not allow the tree to grow properly. If you aren't sure if the tree is on your property, please communicate with your neighbor and work together to have the wooden spikes removed.

An access path to the storm water management pond on Tralee Circle has been installed. This action was necessary as the path was washing away. The new path has a drainage system and will allow for easy repair if needed.
